my approach

  • Our First Meeting

In our first meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and what support you’re looking for. We’'ll have a restorative conversation to find out what you need, how you are impacted, and what moving forward means to you. We’ll have these discussions whether you’re seeking a direct dialogue, a training, or to change the way you or your organization engages power. I’ll be authentic about whether I’m the right person for your process or project.

  • Our Ongoing Work

If we decide to work together, I’ll likely bring in a co-facilitator. We’ll meet with you and outline a plan that offers clear next steps while being dynamic enough to address what comes up as we speak to people involved.

If we’re working on group or organizational conflict, I’ll ask about the structures and power dynamics that are causing conflict. I’ll ask you to commit to changing these structures and identify the support you need to do so.

  • My Hopes

I want you to feel supported throughout our work together - even when we are having hard conversations.

I will offer optional practices to connect to your body, feelings, needs, and present experience.
