    FOUNDER

I grew up experiencing with conflict that felt terrifying and learned to shut down and avoid conflict at all costs. I want to normalize it being okay to need support around conflict and hard conversations. It’s human to need support to show up as our best selves. I do this work because I also need this support.

As a child of survivors, I also want to create the world my parents didn't have, but deserved. A world in which folks are cared for and supported as they become accountable to those they hurt. A world in which we support people who have been hurt and ask what they need.

I have 8 years of restorative justice experience and 15 years supporting those impacted by the criminal system. I have a restorative heart and a brain that thinks through the potential legal repercussions of any situation. I’m dedicated to addressing sexual harm through restorative justice, and got to do so through a Soros Justice Fellowship. I have co-facilitated direct dialogues about harm, healing groups for survivors of sexual harm, and healing and accountability groups for folks who have harmed others.

I love training on restorative justice and train on circle, harm circles, restorative conversations, and conferencing. I’ve advised cities throughout the country on implementing restorative justice diversion. I also enjoy speaking to folks about restorative justice-I’ve been invited to speak at national and international events on the possibility of restorative justice to address sexual harm, domestic violence, and other serious harms. I also a facilitator with the Ahimsa Collective’s Realize Program.

    RESTORATIVE PRACTITIONERS

I collaborate with incredible restorative justice practitioners around the country. I will bring in a co-facilitator whose gifts will be useful for the project at hand.
